At Mobilize, protecting your data is our top priority. For this reason we’ve opted to use a passwordless login system with options to either log in with Facebook, with Google, or through a cryptographically secure passwordless system. For the latter, there’s no need to set a password when you create an account. Instead, you can request a login by entering your email address and a one-time link will be sent to your email. Clicking that link will log you in. There is a known issue with certain email clients like Outlook pre-clicking the links and causing login to expire prematurely. We are working on this issue, and in the meantime encourage you to use the workarounds detailed in mblz.io/login, and to contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
